Been on a bit of an overnight oats kick recently! If you haven't heard, overnight oats are convenient, healthy, super-easy to prepare and a delicious way to start your day. A quick Google or Pinterest search will reveal literally hundreds of different overnight oats recipes, but the following is my go-to at the moment.
Grab yourself a mason jar or similar container, then add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 5/8 cup of unsweetened coconut milk. Next add the chia seeds, almonds, coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Screw on the lid, then pop the jar/container in the fridge where it will stay overnight. Remove from the fridge the following morning, add sweetener if required (honey or maple syrup is awesome) and enjoy!
