Ever since I launched the popular Hundred Pushups website, people have been sending in requests for a similar program to focus on other muscle groups.
The two hundred situps plan soon followed to take care of the core, with a similar squats program to target the glutes not far behind. For some reason, the next popular request has been for a tricep dips workout.
It’s taken a while to put it together, but finally, the one fifty dips challenge is ready to launch. Enjoy!

Just updated the one fifty dips website to make it viewable on both mobile and tablet devices. Should make for a much more pleasant browsing experience!
