Managed to get through Week 5 Day 2 of the Hundred Push Ups plan, but the last 45 were tough:
Required: 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, at least 45
Actual: 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, 45 for a total 185 push ups.
Felt quite strong again, although I seem to have developed a bit of a sore throat overnight. Hope it goes away as the day moves on.
You must have spent too long on my twitter feed, I developed a sore throat over Sunday night, which was much worse come Monday night/Tuesday morning.
Nice. I’m hoping I’ll be able to run it off later this afternoon…
