Hundred Push Ups: Week 3 Day 2 (Repeat)

I’m repeating Week 3 of the Hundred Push Ups plan and today is Day 2 (one of the days I failed last week).

Here we go then…

Required: 27, 19, 19, 15, at least 25

No real problems tonight. I was fresh from not running and ready to get through them no matter what. Last week I could only manage 19 in the final set, tonight I blew through the required 25 and ended with a satisfying 30. Definitely getting stronger and now I’m looking forward to starting Week 4 once I’m done with Week 3 Day 3.

Actual: 27, 19, 19, 15, 30

110 push ups in total so I’m back on track and heading in the right direction again. Let’s just hope today’s run goes better than yesterday.

Before I sign off, just a quick mention that I was interviewed on some radio show in Seattle last night. Seems like the whole country has gone push ups crazy and everyone wants to let me know how they’re doing. Amazing how things spread on the internet huh?

  1. I agree, it’s awesome how much exposure this has received and how many people are buzzing about it!

    I’m repeating week 3 too, but it’s going better than last week’s attempt. And since I got my husband in on the challenge, we’re on the same week now. Although, if I have more weeks that need to be repeated, he’ll leave me in the dust. He’s much stronger!
