After yesterday’s Muddy Buddy adventure my arms are a little fatigued, but I’m keen not to lose any more ground on the Hundred Push Ups program, so here goes with Week 4 Day 2:
Required: 27, 21, 21, 18, at least 25
Didn’t look too bad on paper, and once I got going it turned out to be fairly manageable.
The first 27 was ok, then for some reason I added an extra one onto the required 21. Momentum carried me through I guess. The next 21 and 18 were fine too, but the 25 was tough. I say it was tough, but I managed to grunt my way through 30 and could probably have done a few more. Bodes well for Day 3 I think!
