Probably should have done the exhaustion test before I went for a run yesterday, but I didn’t. I managed 59 push ups (with several suspect ones at the end) which puts me in column 2 for Week 6.
Not sure where I’m going to find another 41 push ups to make the magic hundred, but let’s see what happens this week first….
