Sunday evening: finished up Week 2 of the Hundred Push Ups plan – 16, 17, 17, 14 and a max of 20 – before completing another workout in the
StrEndurance series.
I don’t think I’ll be doing too many of these StrEndurance workouts though – several of the exercises (jumping jacks, flicks and mountain climbers for example) seem to bother my feet which was evident in this morning’s long run. Looking back at my running log from a couple of years ago, the exact same thing happened which forced me to pull out of the 2007 Frederick Marathon with a niggling foot injury. I’m not going to risk anything this year…
