No running today (need a rest after Sunday’s race and yesterday’s eight miles), so decided to jump on my bike and do another of Troy Jacobson’s Spinervals workouts — Aero Base Builder 25.0 — which is a combination of the best of his Aero Base Builders DVDs.
The intensity isn’t super-high, but it lasts a long time (2 hours) and is definitely a great aerobic training session. I bailed after 90 minutes, but can see myself doing the whole workout in the near future. Recommended!
I have tried this also, and man, it was tiresome I felt like dying! My body isn’t used of that kind of practices but I still insisted that’s why I got my prize- body pains!
