Here we go again – Week 4 of the Two Hundred Sit-Ups program which is gaining in popularity every day. Looks like people love a challenge!
Anyway, details of my workout are as follows:
Required: 32 38 32 32 at least 48
Actual: 32 38 32 32 100!
After taking the weekend off (in terms of sit-ups anyway), I felt pretty good today and was able to breeze through the first 4 sets no problem at all. I reached the required 48 in the final set and decided to see how many sit-ups I could manage. The burn started around 70, but I kept going until I reached 100.
Good workout and one step closer to completing the challenge….
