Good to get the sit-ups out of the way early on in the day. No real problems, but I wasn’t totally focused and it was a bit of a chore to work my way through the reps.
Required: 45 50 45 45 at least 60
Actual: 45 50 45 45 100
Not bad though – 285 sit-ups in a workout with the burn definitely kicking in midway through the second 45.
I’ll do the exhaustion test on the weekend, but it looks like I’ll be following column 3 in Week 5.
