Week 6 Day 3 – the final workout of the Two Hundred Sit-Ups challenge. I made it through to the end with no real problems and probably could have done more at the end if my life depended on it.

I’ll attempt the 200 some time on the weekend and am pretty confident I’ll be able to make it. Once the sit-ups challenge is out of the way I may go back to doing push-ups and possibly start up another attempt at the 12-week StrEndurance exercise plan.
