I think the difference in stride is a function
of speed. We know generally how fast Ryan was
travelling, but what about those in the top
video?

Jeff — probably about 6:40 pace. Just a tad slower than Ryan!
Wow that is awesome! Must be a pretty serious camera. I’d love to see footage like that of myself. Did you learn anything from it?
It’s interesting that Ryan lands on such a flat foot compared to all of the (still great, by my standards) runners at your pace. Many of them strike with the heel.
First thing I notice too was the “flat” foot landing of Ryan as mentioned in an earlier post.
