Had word today that due to ongoing road construction there are several changes to the East Beach Norfolk Half Marathon this coming Saturday.

Let’s see. Based on my performance at the 25k last Saturday, I would expect to be right around 1:24:00
To be honest, I’d be very happy with a 1:24 at the moment…
