By the way, if you’re taking part, or planning to take part, in the Neptune Festival 8K (or new-for-2009 5K), packet-pickup and late registration will be Friday, September 25th from 3pm to 7pm at Running Etc. at the Regency Hilltop shopping center in Virginia Beach. What a great opportunity to pick up a bargain book or DVD!
