Followed up my 8 mile run with some ab work and another round of Strendurance. It’s only the second time I’ve completed a Strendurance workout since beginning the 3 month plan some time last week, so I’m still on Phase A which is supposed to be the “low key” start to the program. I have to say, despite being just 25 minutes long, the workout is a real challenge. If I can stick to the plan, I know it will benefit me no end – I just need to persevere and hang in there.
Only another 11 weeks to go before I’m totally strendurized….
