Blister On The Cape Henry Trail

Cut short my run this evening due to an annoying blister which began to develop during Sunday’s Race for Literacy 10 Miler. Not sure if it’s due to running more on asphalt and less on grass, but it started to get uncomfortable around the third mile of a planned ten miler so I decided to turn at four and head back to the car.

Still happy with eight miles in just under an hour, but I’ll need to treat the foot tonight and hope that it clears up before Sunday’s long run.
