McMillan Custom Marathon Plan: Week 11 Day 3

Week 11, Day 3
Phase: Marathon
Workout: 60 to 70 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Uneventful treadmill run this afternoon. Plodded along for an hour, varying the incline and speed to break things up a bit. Actually my mind was half on preparing for tomorrow’s tough workout and half on recovering from yesterday’s intervals. At the end of the day it’s another 7+ miles in the bag with just a mild case of muscle fatigue. Should be good to go tomorrow….
