Nice lunch hour run today. The weather forecast for late afternoon wasn’t great, and the mid day option turned out to be a good choice. Temperature was in the mid-70’s with a 7mph SW wind.
For the record:
Time: 1:01:36 minutes
Distance: 8.5 miles
Pace: 7:15 minutes per mile
Push ups to be done later in the day. I’m currently on a maintenance plan to keep the upper body strength ticking over.
Since you mentioned pushups in your post–have you posted anywhere about how you thought through the changes to the 100 pushups page plan? What made you decide to change it, and how did you choose those particular changes?
