McMillan Custom Marathon Plan: Week 19 Day 3

Week 19, Day 3
Phase: Marathon
Workout: 60 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Lunchtime treadmill run (mainly due to the terrible weather we’re having today) and it was a great one. Felt really good and I enjoyed playing the incline game for 50 of the 60 minutes – started at 1% and increased by 1% every minute for 5 minutes. The next 5 minutes I decreased the incline by 1% each minute until it was back to 1%. Time passed quickly and it was nice to get a bit of a hill workout in. Should be good preparation for Richmond…
