McMillan Custom Marathon Plan: Week 19 Day 5

Week 19, Day 5
Phase: Peak
Workout: 40 to 50 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Quite a lethargic run on the treadmill today. Didn’t feel too energetic so just went through the motions to log another 40 minutes and five miles. I’m pretty sure the low energy was caused by the tough track workout last night, so I’m not too concerned and am looking forward to a 5k race in the morning and a 12 mile “long” run on Sunday.
