McMillan Custom Marathon Plan: Week 4 Day 7

Week 4, Day 6
Phase: Pre-Marathon
Workout: 40 to 60 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Nice easy 5.3 mile run this morning just over the minimum 40 minute requirement.
Splits: 8:06 7:58 7:46 7:23 7:16 – nice progressively faster effort…

57.3 miles for the week.
207.3 for the month so far with 4 days to go.
Looks like July will be my biggest training month of 2008 (currently March – 225 miles)

Push ups and abs later. Will post more this evening…
