Nothing much to report today. Nice easy 35 minute run on the treadmill with my heart rate in the 135 to 140 range.
5k race tomorrow night, so thank you Coach McMillan for giving me a couple of easy days in preparation!
Last year I ran 18:26 in the same race, so I’m curious to see what I can do tomorrow. The weather forecast is hot and humid, so don’t expect too much….
