Working from today so time for an early afternoon easy run. It wasn’t as easy as the pace suggests, but I made it through and live to fight another day. Long run in the morning (14 to 16 miles) and I’m wondering how that’s going to go.
5.6 miles in 41:50 (average pace 7:28 per mile)
Hundred push ups later tonight. I need to find some energy from somewhere; I can’t fail Week 5 again. Wish me luck….
