Ran for almost 50 minutes today. Mid-afternoon was probably the worst time of day to run, but it was really the only spare time I had available today.
Felt pretty good and maintained just over 7:30 per mile pace for the 6.3 miles.
Can’t believe I’ll be starting Week 6 tomorrow. Where does the time go eh??
