The Time Saver II DVD includes the following 30 minute workouts:
* Workout A: Striders for Speed
* Workout B: 400 Repeats
* Workout C: Speed Combo
I decided on the Speed Combo – a repeat of my January 14th workout, but this time I managed a faster speed and a higher incline – quite encouraging and my shin seems to be holding up too.
Despite being a relatively short workout, it’s very intense and definitely a challenge. Next up is a Strendurance strength/endurance workout which I’ll probably write about tomorrow….
