Tailwind Rebuild Chocolate Bites Recipe

Chocolate Tailwind Rebuild

Tailwind Rebuild is a brand new recovery product from Tailwind Nutrition. As an existing Tailwind Trailblazer I was lucky enough to try out the product last year before its launch last month. Rebuild is available in 2 great flavors – Chocolate and Vanilla – and is the perfect product to kickstart the recovery process after a tough workout or race.

We start with organic rice protein, and supplement it with amino acids to make that protein complete. Then we add carbohydrates, some healthy fats from coconut milk, and just the right amount of electrolytes. Nothing repairs your muscles more efficiently, restores your energy faster, and makes you feel better sooner. And athletes love the great tasting healthy vegan ingredients.

I’ve used Rebuild successfully after several long training runs and also last month’s Barry 40 Ultra in the UK. Rebuild mixes really well with water, tastes great and sets you up perfectly for a quick and full recovery.

Not only is Rebuild great mixed with water as a recovery drink, but it mixes well with other ingredients to make a tasty snack that can be enjoyed both pre and post workout. I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen with Rebuild Bites, and the results have been pretty delicious. Read on for the easy-to-follow recipe…
